I am facing these issue since long time i have created new letter and i am trying to generate a letter from the Generate button but it shows some error like this.

Invalid Token or probably you took too long. Please try again.

Can you please give the solution.

Hi,

You need to Editthe template and Enable/Set Yes to the User Field Required switch button.

And than your template will work perfectly. Please refer the screenshot.
