I am trying to add extension named Policy Acknowledgement but it shows error that

" Hey, You need to login into your instance of uKnowva to install this extension. Please check this link to know how to install an extension from uKnowva extension store. "

But i am already doing it after login into uknowva. Can you please help me in this?

which instance r u trying this on? Please try again and share the url of the instance if the issue persists

instance is datastub.uknowva.com
i had tried to install it and it has been installed successfully. but after installing the extensions user are not able to login into the HRMS.

Seems like ur instance is too old, it will need an upgrade to use this extension, for now we have disabled the extension.
