We tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Virtual Biometric Plugin. It got uninstalled, But It is not getting installed from the extension store. Before uninstalling, we had tried to refresh the plugin by installing again from the store; but it was giving same error.
We are unable to use Uknowva due to this issue.
