Currently 8 hours was fixed as a working hour. Here many of the company including mine has the following requirement
1. Overall working hour bench mark is 8 hours in one company and 9 hours in another. So it may need to be configured
2. different employee has different shift. for some it was 8 hours and for some who are working in part time, it was 4 hours

how to get those working hours accomadated?
