This is because you have not locked the attendance for that user we have locked it from attendance details and it's showing properly now.

This is because if you pass a blank salary structure or generate salary without locking attendance then the system considers that as a left employee if not found data for the employee.

I have checked and delete those blank entries from DB now and all employees showing in payroll now. (attached screenshot)

Please check the salary structure once for all employees.

In the list of optional holidays Check box will not be visible if it is applied by user himself.

We have checked and found that since yours is a free account, it has limited space which was exceeded as uKnowva keeps writing system logs, etc, hence you were unable to export any file from the system. By default Mobile no field is restricted for all API calls, we have now enabled it for your instance, you will be able to see the output in Mobile no. now.
