For to upload weekly off in Bulk please follow below given steps:-

1. In Left Menu go to the 'My Team' Tab
2. Find the Menu 'Weeklyoff List' and click on it.
3. In that have option to 'import .CSV' from that you can upload the file.

Also we have check your attached file in that please check weekly Off name it should be match with weekly of list.

instead of 'All Thursday Off' keep it as 'Thursday' and then try to upload the file.

As we have checked you have applied for comp off against the 28 JUL which is weekly off for you and before approval, you have cancelled the same request.

So the balance is credited once the approval approves it.

Please reapply and once RM approves it then your balance will be credited.

Please create the designation in the designation master so you can select that designation as the job title.

This is because if you pass a blank salary structure or generate salary without locking attendance then the system considers that as a left employee if not found data for the employee.

I have checked and delete those blank entries from DB now and all employees showing in payroll now. (attached screenshot)

Please check the salary structure once for all employees.
