We have checked and found that since yours is a free account, it has limited space which was exceeded as uKnowva keeps writing system logs, etc, hence you were unable to export any file from the system. I have temporarily fixed this problem, but this will surely come again in future again. We request you to please upgrade to a paid subscription to get more disk space. By default Mobile no field is restricted for all API calls, we have now enabled it for your instance, you will be able to see the output in Mobile no. now.

uKnowva keeps creating a lot of temporary files like error logs, audit logs, backups etc. automatically at the backend, hence your space would still keep increasing though you are not uploading heavy files. For now we have cleared the files manually and there is enough space on your instance. If you upgrade to a paid instance, such files will be automatically cleared.

Hello,

We have created new user(Test) and tried to login with that new user and we are able to punch in uknowva.

Timing is tracked properly for that user.

If time zone is recenlty change then old entries will remain same and time will be tracked properly for new entries.

Well, I checked it, all seems to be fine, the time is also correct. Please try again and if you still face the same problem, please send us a screenshot with exact steps to reproduce the error.

When the username changes then sometimes help desk menu is redirected to home page for that user, So at that time edit that user and save it and try to access the help desk menu from that user login.
