Without any uploading large document , images and files uknowva account space is full and unable to upload profile pic. Can you please check it why is it so ?

I have uploaded some of the documents in the folder. I have a option to delete all the documents with single click by selecting all through checkbox and delete it, but i don't have the option to download all the documents in the single click.

Is there any way to do so ?

Hi,

I want the employee to take casual leave before minimum of 7 days period. I want to restrict the sudden casual leaves in between.
Is there any way to do so ?

What i want that when user try to apply for casual leave it should count 7 days and the date coming after 7 days only be selectable before that its not able to select in the calender.

Such kind of customization will be very helpful.
If there is any way in existing then pls let me know.

One suggestion for Uknowva Team, I am admin and i want to login to the particular employee account without changing password of the user, if there is an option in the user manager that (Login as user) then it might be useful to admin. Currently if admin does not know the password of the user it cannot be login to any user account. Thanks Nirav Bhavsar

Yes, correct but if someone downloads the pdf file or by mistake, it circulates among other users it should be password protected like out bank statement pdf.

We have used gmail SMTP setting for sending email for uKnowva, but all the email notification receiving are going to spam some how.

Please guide why the email are going to spam folder in the email.

Please do the needful.

I am new user for HRM uknowva, very impressive product so far all the functionality is covered in the product with very reach customization.

I want to customize the default column which is being used in the grid of payroll. As we are small firm we are not deducting any PF and ESIC. So how can I remove from my payroll grid?
