WE have made certain changes on ur staging as well as LIVE site, can you try now and let us know if it works.

You will have to keep the person who created the ticket in CC on the email that you send to helpdesk ID.

We could not test it thoroughly as it was a quick fix, if it works for you, then we will make it a part of the next stable release

If u r d admin, just use the other user's username and ur own password to login.

Note: this plugin will only work for users who are not admins.

Currently, there are is an extra step you still need to do to delegate the HR Manager access:

We know this is a bit of double work and we are working on reducing it, it should be done in the coming versions, till that time, just follow the above link to give the required access to the HR manager

Please find our answers below:

1. Helpdesk Link - Not Working Showing 404
Resolved, you had probably unpublished the CS ticket App which is required for this to work

2. My Team Link - Not Working Showing 404
Resolved, It was linked Incorrectly, we have now linked It to the Org Chart

3. Team Attendance - Always Showing as a Absent for All Employee with a Reason "Marked Absent Due to Sandwich Rule"
It Will Show a Wherever There Is No Attendance and No Leave Applied. Marked Absent Due to Sandwich Rule Means a Holiday Will Also Be Marked as Absent If a

4. Monthly Leave Type - I Marked 52 Leaves and Set It as Monthly. So There Should 4.3 Leaves Allocated per Month. But My Balance Shows .4 Leaves.
The rule is correct, you just got 0.4 on pro-rata basis as you are currently at the end of the month. 4.3 leaves will be automatically added to your account on start of next month .i.e. April 1
5. What is the frequency of attendance sync. Is it real time. I see it take atleast 1 hour for the attendance to sync up after a user do punch out.
The attendance is added once the same is approved or auto approved after a punch out is recorded

Hi,

Yes. There is an option to view all notices posted. We have enabled that option in your uKnowva Account.

There are 4 notices posted till date, out of which 3 are archived, hence they are not visible.

Also, this is a good suggestion and we have added this as a part of our product road-map.

Yes....there was a bug in the earlier version of the helpdesk module, because of which the notification was triggerred, we had fixed this sometime back.

So, an upgrade would ensure it works fine.

Hi,

I think you are using an older version of the Helpdesk/Ticketing system extension, just upgrade the extension from extension store on your instance and then I think this should work fine.
