I have set up the support mechanism on Uknowva and our clients have started using the same. The only issue we are facing is if someone from my team replies to the ticket from another email client like Gmail or Outlook then the system is creating a new ticket inspite of keeping the ticket number # in the subject of the email and keeping a copy to the support desk (i have set up as This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. )

I believe that the system is not only reading the ticket number from the subject line, but also it reads the "from email id" if the email is not sent/replied by the person who has created the ticket then system treat it as a new thread and creates a new ticket. I truly believe if the check to read the From gets disabled and system only reads the ticket number from the subject then this would have been of much more use.

Please have this done. ping me if required any further detail on this.

Activity Stream

Hi There,

I believe that the activity stream (social) should be displayed and prioritize on the basis of last edited, or liked etc like on facebook. Currently the system displays the most recent post at the Top .. rather than what has been liked or commented on by someone.

Please let me know if this is already in the plan, I believe this will encourage the users to post more relevant posts, and people will identify what is trending.

Notice Board

Hi is there a way to access the logs/histroy of the Noticeboard ?. I wanted to see how many notices I have posted in the recent past. Currently, the system show last 5 Notices only.

Please help.

Document upload and sharing

Hey

I tried sharing a document (pdf file) with my colleagues and copy pasted the link of the file after uploading the same on Uknowva under the downloads tab.

I noticed that below the shared link displays the logo of our company. Whereas if I share a link for a file or video uploaded on youtube (web) then it shows the logo of the video or document.

Please have this enabled for all the files uploaded on Uknowva and shared on social tab.

In the support ticketing extension, By default tickets of a specific department are visible to only members of that department.

How can I make all tickets of all departments visible to all users?

Hi,

When I assign a ticket to myself in support ticketing system, I do not get an email trigger, when I assign it to someone else, it sends a notification to the user.
