I did not get which module you are referring to. Can you please be more specific or provide us some screenshots?

The system will now automatically advise u on which IPs u should whitelist so that u get less approval emails. To avail this feature, just upgrade the vitual biometric plugin: uknowva.com/extensions/virtual-biometric-attendance-system/86
Vicky Jain
Try now, I found that u had set the access level for the plugin as admin/hr manager, but when u were trying to login ur access level was just guest, hence the plugin did not trigger....Now i have made it All, it should work fine now.
Vicky Jain
As of now....this feature is not there, I had planned for this long time ago, but due to so many other things in the roadmap, this was always at the back seat...I have added the same again to the backlog list and will get it done soon, we will update you once ready

If you have people who wish to declare mediclaim options for their parent as well as self, and if you do not see a Self+Dependant option in the 80D declaration like this

Login as admin, Upgrade the app from extension store, then Go to uKnowva configuration-->Apps Manager-->Investment Declaration app and under Mediclaim options add Self+Dependant
Vicky Jain
Well....currently there is no such way.....but it is already in the roadmap, will let u know once it is ready
Vicky Jain
I think ur instance is running out of space....either delete some large files or subscribe to a paid plan
Vicky Jain
In that case, I would advise to do the following

1. Login as HR Manager/Admin
2. Go to Leave Types

3. Click on Edit and under Allocated, select Monthly

So, now the leaves shall be allocated only on monthly basis. But for people who already have got the leaves, you might have to manually edit by going to HR Manager --> Leave Balance of all users

Let us know if you face any issues doing this.
Vicky Jain
Hey, we are in process of doing that

But meanwhile, if you need any support, you can write here.

Thanks, I agree, I have already put this in the roadmap, one of our awesome developers will do this and provide it in the next release

Hi,

I think, since you used the GMAIL SMTP service and linked a gmail account to send out emails, that is why Google might be marking them as SPAM thinking why an email from gmail account originated from some other address.

I suggest to disable SMTP and use the default system email .i.e. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , let me know if that does not work

thanks

If you are facing this problem, then probably you might have put the interval as 1 in widget manager, just change it is 0 and it will work

The payslips currently are already protected by access control .i.e. a person can view only his/her payslip in the system and not of others. Only HR manager/Admin can access every ones payslip.

While this is an awesome feature to implement, but not that urgent. I have already put this in the product backlog and will be taken up as a TODO feature very soon, we will let u know once this is ready
Vicky Jain
I think you can simply change your formulae a bit. Also, you can still override the special allowance and round it off manually when setting up salaries.

I will also put it into our product roadmap to automatically round of in such cases
