We have used gmail SMTP setting for sending email for uKnowva, but all the email notification receiving are going to spam some how.

Please guide why the email are going to spam folder in the email.

Hi,

I think, since you used the GMAIL SMTP service and linked a gmail account to send out emails, that is why Google might be marking them as SPAM thinking why an email from gmail account originated from some other address.

I suggest to disable SMTP and use the default system email .i.e. system@urinstance.uknowva.com, let me know if that does not work :)

We have already done the changes and changed with default given email id but still having the same issue. Till date we are receiving all emails in spam only.

Can you do the by default setting in our system. Let me know in case of any details required frim my side.

Please forward headers of mail which going into spam folder.
If you are using gmail account, then follow below steps to get headers of mail.

Near reply button, click on down arrow button --> show originals
