Why the HR Manager Role don't have the correct authorization to the HR Manager Group.

Currently, there are is an extra step you still need to do to delegate the HR Manager access:

We know this is a bit of double work and we are working on reducing it, it should be done in the coming versions, till that time, just follow the above link to give the required access to the HR manager
