is there any option that i can config that only HR & Admin can approve or Reject leaves. Manager or superior can not approve or reject leaves of the employee who is under him.

In our latest version are providing this feature. But earlier code doesn't provide this functionality.

my portal url is datastub.uknowva.com

and i had only 11 users. and upto 20 users uknowva is free. SO how can I upgrade it?
