i had tried to install it and it has been installed successfully. but after installing the extensions user are not able to login into the HRMS.

" Hey, You need to login into your instance of uKnowva to install this extension. Please check this link to know how to install an extension from uKnowva extension store. "

But i am already doing it after login into uknowva. Can you please help me in this?

Hello, can you please help me to set the payslip? when i generate payslip while running payroll it only shows Salary in words. the salary structure table in not showing in that.

i also tried by creating new salary templet but still salary slip is generating in old templet.

Templet name: DataStub_PaySlip

one of new employee is showing on payroll but he was present for 7 days but when i go to payroll then at that time present days for that employee shows zero. can you please help me?

is there any option that i can config that only HR & Admin can approve or Reject leaves. Manager or superior can not approve or reject leaves of the employee who is under him.

I had change my Hierarchy in uknowva HRMS in organization chart & the chart is only showing myself in organization chart. Other employees can see it properly but i am not able to see it. can you please help me into this?

1) i want to edit payroll of one user from August-20 to dec-20. how can i do that?

2) i am having issue while generating offer letter. when i generate letter and editing screen comes it shows company's letterhead logo but when i click on submit and the pdf file is generated it don't shows logo there. i am attaching the screen shots of it. can you please help me why logo is not shoing in pdf file?

Hi i am facing issue with the showing of all my employees while running payroll. when i reach to section of "Confirm Variable & OT" only 4 out of 8 employees are showing. the other 4 employees are not showing there. i am attaching the screen shot it. can you please help em for this?

Hi as you had said that those were added to payroll. but still i am not able to see them on payroll page. i am seeing only 4 employees on the payroll page. can you please check it why it is not showing? i am attaching the screen shot of it.
