How can we change setting to approve leave application of HR and Admin.. it says

You Do not have the required permissions to access this resource. Please contact administrator or uKnowva Support

By default leaves go to the manager and HR Manager for approval, you can refer below links on how you can setup a reporting manager and delegate HR Manager rights to people:
