How to add Where clause while using Report as API ?

I have Employee Master Report with Where clause.
Now when I Enable as API It is not pass Where clause how can we do that ?

Hi I already read two times. There is no option of "Custom Where Clause" in this document , only talk about record Limit.

But My Concern is I want to pass data of one Business Unit Only, but i feel APi take all data.

Please follow step 9 in the document.
