We had set list of locations where our employees are allowed to PUNCH IN without any approval. This we have configured under PLUGIN: VIRTUAL BIOMETRIC - ATTENDANCE TRACKER.

We see our employees doing PUNCH in any place10km to 20km away from the uKnowva listed location. Still they could PUNCH in and there is NO approval work flow triggered. Can you please help us to know if there a bug in the system or the way we confirgured is incorrect?

Just want to confirm, did you set the Latitude/Longitude and Radius properly. If you have set up it correctly than please let us know your portal's name we will update the plugin on your portal.

Also, if you are having static IPs. You can add static IP in IPs that need not require approval field. Punchins done through mentioned IPs will not require approval.

Yes. We had set the lat and long correctly and still it didnt work. And sorry that we were not having static ID and hence that is not an option. Can you please update and confirm if the location lat long is working fine?
